The minimum charge is £70 per visit. Your final price depends on size and condition. You’ll get it before we start, with no extra charges on the day.

How we clean
Deep clean (hot water extraction)
Hot water and cleaning solution are worked into the carpet, then extracted along with the dirt. It’s the most thorough clean for well-used or stained carpets. Carpets are usually dry in a few hours, depending on airflow.
Low-moisture clean
Uses very little water, so carpets dry much faster. It’s ideal for a quick refresh or rooms you need back straight away.

What to expect from your clean
We’ll always do our best for your carpets and furniture, and we’ll be upfront about what’s possible before we start, not after.
- Most stains come out, but not all. Old or set-in stains, bleach, dye and ink can permanently change the colour of the fibres. If we think a stain won’t fully come out, we’ll tell you before we start.
- Worn areas stay worn. Cleaning lifts the dirt from walkways and flattened areas, but it can’t repair worn fibres. They’ll be clean, but may still look tired.
- Stains can come back as carpets dry. Sometimes dirt deep in the backing rises to the surface as the carpet dries. If a stain we treated comes back within 7 days, tell us and we’ll come back and treat it again free of charge.
- Drying times vary. After a deep clean, carpets are usually dry in a few hours. Low-moisture cleans dry faster, and opening windows helps. Please keep children and pets off until it’s dry.
- Delicate fabrics are tested first. Some natural fabrics and rugs, like viscose, silk and cotton, can shrink, brown or lose colour. We test a hidden spot first, and if there’s any risk we’ll explain it and agree the safest option with you.
- Pet accidents can go deep. Urine often soaks into the underlay. We’ll treat it and reduce the smell as much as we can, but strong or old smells may not go completely.
- Furniture. We’ll move light furniture like chairs, coffee tables and side tables, and put protective pads under the legs. Larger items like sofas we’ll move if it’s safe to. We clean around beds, wardrobes, pianos and electronics. Please clear small items, breakables and valuables before we arrive.
- What we need from you. A power socket and a water tap we can use, and a heads-up when you book if parking near you is difficult.

Questions about cleaning at home
How long until my carpets are dry?
After a deep clean, usually a few hours. Opening windows or putting the heating on helps. After a low-moisture clean, they dry much faster.
Do I need to move furniture?
Please clear small items, toys and anything fragile from the floor. We can move light furniture like chairs and coffee tables, and clean around heavy pieces like beds and wardrobes.
Can children and pets go on the carpet straight away?
Please keep children and pets off the carpet until it’s dry.
Do I need to be in?
Someone needs to let us in and agree what’s being cleaned. You don’t need to stay the whole time.
